  Rooms are nice, beds could have been lil more comfy. We had half pension and could have gotten one bite here or there more.

  We stood waiting for a table for 10 minutes and all the staff ignored us - eventually we got one waiters attention and were told there were no tables available which was fine but we were completely ignored until that point!!

  I asked for a spaghettis for a spaghettis bologneses. I got served with a really small portion of pasta covered with bolognese sauce which tasted like the ones you can find in supermarket. I also asked for a long island ice tea there was so little alcohol it tasted like a lemon Coke. Price was expensive for Spain. Service was ok.

  This was the most basic hotel I have ever stayed in. No drawers, no hairdryer - absolutely no frills. The location is great but that's about all.

  Every night we had to wait 'hours' after ordering something at dinner or asking for "la Quenta" ... 8 or more waiters running around, never really coordinating anything.

  Arrived for dinner with my family party of 9 ,30 mins waiting before drinks order taken ,this was then messed up and took 30 mins to resolve ,starter arrived in dribbs and drabs with 2 missing where when we re ordered were told unavailable ..... Upon clearing table after starters they tried to use the same cutlery and the waiter became aggressive ,we ordered further drinks which never arrived so we payed for starters and left at that point several other guests on other tables were also complaining very very poor and over 2 hours waisted .I have been visiting and dining at the port for 40 years and this was the worst experience I have had in addition the starter were only 2 of the starters were pleasant the rest were cold and burnt we will never go back, When I spoke with the main floor waiter his only comment was this is how it is in spain which I know is defiantly not the case andratx has some fantastic restaurant choices ,lance
